Madeline Brennan KC

Madeline has over 20 years experience as a barrister, being called to the Bar on 3 June 1996. She took silk in November 2015. Madeline’s practice includes advisory work and appellate and trial advocacy in the Federal Court, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Queensland Supreme Court and, for State revenue matters, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. She seeks to provide specialized services in the areas of Taxation and Revenue Law, Administrative Law, and Competition and Consumer Law. These areas encompass a broad range of industries including those of small to medium businesses, mining and resources, health and aged care.
